Room and bedding were comfortable. Walking distance location to ADNEC is awesome.

The glass partition for the toilet/shower room. Not offering enough privacy. Did not like the small parking too, very hard to find a spot

Great stay!

Lovely staff at check in. Nice clean room. Stayed only one night so can't rate the facilities but this is such a great hotel. Location is a little sparse but perfect for the Exhibition center.

We booked the 2 non-smoking rooms as early as Dec 13 in...

We booked the 2 non-smoking rooms as early as Dec 13 in anticipation of Papal Mass. Day before the check in time, I have called them to inform that we will be checking in late around 8-9PM. On the day itself, they have called us twice to check if we are coming. I have confirmed that we are on the way and will be there around past 9 in the evening. They gave us 2 smoking rooms (without even asking us during the check-in). Once we are in the room we immediately called them to complain and they said there's no available non-smoking room. They promise to send someone to do with air freshener and after continuous follow-up the person came. The air freshener worked for 5 minutes only, after that the smell of the smoke is still there. We did not get enough rest and sleep as we are allergic to the smell of the smoke. To think we came from Dubai, checked in at around 10PM and has to wake up at 5AM for the Papal Mass. Because of this they gave a complimentary breakfast, but how can you enjoy the breakfast if you did not have a good night sleep.

The fact that I was upgraded to a suite since I wanted a non-smoking room and all those rooms were already fully booked by the time i arrived

I think 1 more staff member should be allocated at the bar at peak time since it got crowded and this led to the orders taking much more time

I have no idea what the hotel can do, but I found my nose was stuffed hard to breathe when I woke up early in the morning. I found the room was very dry and chilly. May be humidifier would be helpful, if availed.

Very closed to exhibition center which is excellent for visitors to attend exhibition there. Breakfast is pretty interesting, same breakfast but change location for food so that guests can feel food may different everyday

The slippers were not provided in the room.

The slippers were not provided in the room. Also, I had to buy tooth paste in the supermarket, since there were no tooth paste provided by the hotel.

First of all, I did not like the fact of putting me to deadlines during the booking phase. It left unpleasent feeling. Secondly, the toiletries and slippers were not provided. Thirdly, there are only few facilities in the hotel given.

Abu Dhabi Short Trip

Our check in agent gave a good impression of the hotel, he was very accommodating. Housekeeping staff was nice and helpful -- they couldn't provide our request for baby cot initially as I was told that its no longer available as all are already in use. FO and Housekeeping associates went to exert more effort to ask engineering team to set up a brand new cot for us which in the end we personally decided not to avail unintentionally... Sorry, we appreciate the effort though. The breakfast was overwhelming, they have a very good selection of items.

Found a long hair strand on my pillow. Didn't make a fuss about it since we are staying only overnight but it gave me an idea that they didn't change the sheets or it could be the housekeeping agent who cleaned the room has long hair and experiencing hair fall... which I hope its the latter.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful, room was relatively clean and elevators were fast

Parking is extremely limited for those who do not want to use valet service (drivers are reckless with cars on bumps in the parking). The Hotel should allow the guests to park themselves in levels 2 and 3 as well. Quality of coffee was poor, the orange juice was not fresh and the croissants were not crispy
